About The Position

The Operations Supervisor will oversee the daily front-of-house operations of the World Trade Center Club and dining room, and Private Events, ensuring exceptional hospitality and service. This role involves supporting on-site member events, coordinating lunch service, and assisting with food and beverage service during peak periods. The supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. A key aspect of the role is maintaining a safe, clean, and organized facility while communicating operational issues to leadership.

Requirements

  • Supervise, train, coach, and schedule front-of-house WTC staff while maintaining high service standards.
  • Support opening, closing, and daily operational procedures and POS system.
  • Coordinate with sales, culinary, banquet, and operations teams to ensure seamless service and event execution.
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations.
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience by anticipating needs, resolving concerns, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and presentation-ready facility while communicating operational issues and opportunities to leadership and building management.
  • Support onsite events during traditional business hours and evening membership events.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily front-of-house operations of the World Trade Center Club and dining room, and Private Events ensuring exceptional hospitality and service.
  • Oversee dining room and boardroom setups adjustments, including basic in-house audiovisual support.
  • Support on-site member events, networking receptions, and evening functions as required.
  • Coordinate lunch service, assist with dining reservations, seating assignments, and guest flow.
  • Assist with food and beverage service during peak periods.
  • Assist with WTC Daily Operations Report
  • Supervise, train, coach, and schedule front-of-house WTC staff while maintaining high service standards.
