The Operations Supervisor - World Trade Center oversees the daily front-of-house operations of the World Trade Center Club and dining room, and Private Events, ensuring exceptional hospitality and service. This role involves overseeing dining room and boardroom setups, including basic audiovisual support, and supporting on-site member events, networking receptions, and evening functions. The supervisor will coordinate lunch service, assist with reservations and seating, and support food and beverage service during peak periods. A key part of the role is supervising, training, coaching, and scheduling front-of-house staff, while also supporting opening, closing, and daily operational procedures. Collaboration with sales, culinary, banquet, and operations teams is essential for seamless service and event execution. The supervisor will also manage inventory, ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations, and deliver an exceptional guest experience by anticipating needs and resolving concerns. Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized facility, and communicating operational issues to leadership are also core responsibilities. The role supports onsite events during traditional business hours and evening membership events.
