About The Position

Kellanova is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our night shift (7pm -7am) production team at our Cincinnati, OH Bakery. In this critical role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring seamless production, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols. From coordinating production schedules to optimizing resource allocation, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and meeting production targets. Lead various projects involving process optimization, cost reduction initiatives, and much more! Build your team to be the best as you build capabilities across your team.

Requirements

Demonstrate knowledge of managing safety and/or quality programs and processes.
High school diploma or GED with substantial related proven leadership and supervisory experience in manufacturing.
The ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution.
Permanent legal authorization to work in the United States.
