About The Position

This seasonal, part-time position supervises, trains, and develops workgroups and holds them accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The Operations Supervisor sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The role provides effective leadership and fosters working relationships with personnel at all levels of the organization.

The position manages department resources to support maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency. It also supports employees’ ongoing development through orientation, training, evaluations, coaching, and personal development plans, while promoting a positive, team-oriented environment and ensuring compliance with applicable safety policies and requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities
