About The Position

AO | Globe Life is expanding its virtual organization and seeking motivated professionals for our Remote Operations Supervisor opportunity. This position combines client relationship management, team support, coaching, operational coordination, and leadership development in a strictly remote environment. You'll work directly with clients while developing the skills to support and mentor other representatives, coordinate daily activities, strengthen team performance, and contribute to the continued growth of our virtual organization. This opportunity is strictly remote—no commuting or office reporting required.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be physically located within the United States
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Have access to a reliable computer or laptop
  • Maintain reliable high-speed internet
  • Have webcam and microphone capability
  • Maintain a quiet, professional home workspace
  • Be comfortable communicating through Zoom and phone
  • Be comfortable learning digital business systems
  • Be willing to complete required training
  • Be willing to participate in ongoing leadership development
  • Hold or be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License

Responsibilities

  • Support and mentor developing remote representatives
  • Assist with onboarding and development of new team members
  • Help representatives understand systems, procedures, and expectations
  • Participate in virtual coaching and development sessions
  • Help establish individual and team performance goals
  • Monitor activity and assist with performance accountability
  • Identify areas where representatives may need additional support
  • Provide constructive feedback and encouragement
  • Recognize achievements and reinforce positive performance
  • Help maintain a collaborative, professional, and growth-focused team culture
  • Conduct scheduled virtual appointments through Zoom and phone
  • Connect with individuals and families who have requested benefit information
  • Listen to client needs and answer questions professionally
  • Explain available life, accident, and supplemental benefit options
  • Help clients understand coverage choices
  • Provide personalized recommendations based on client needs
  • Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment
  • Provide ongoing service and follow-up
  • Assist with policy-related questions and reviews
  • Build long-term relationships through professionalism and consistent communication
  • Coordinating appointments, schedules, and follow-up activities
  • Maintaining accurate digital records and documentation
  • Helping monitor individual and team activity
  • Identifying opportunities to improve productivity
  • Supporting consistent client-service standards
  • Utilizing CRM systems and digital business tools
  • Helping resolve day-to-day workflow challenges
  • Supporting adherence to company procedures and applicable requirements
  • Communicating updates and priorities to team members
  • Collaborating with management on team-development initiatives
