About The Position

The Operations Supervisor oversees day-to-day warehouse operations and leads a team to support efficient operations, quality, and exceptional customer service. The role includes scheduling, training and coaching employees, monitoring work quality, communicating across teams and departments, and implementing continuous improvement plans. The position follows GXO's quality policy and 7S program and helps maintain a clean warehouse environment.

The schedule is Friday through Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The role may also require a flexible schedule and planned or unplanned overtime, including weekends.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to reach, including above the head, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel.
• Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment.
• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience.
