About The Position

Leads Operations Management / Finance Operations team consisting of experienced administrative, operative, and or technical roles in the Professional career track. Typically responsible for a large number of direct and indirect reports in a process or transactional operations environment. Team may assist in business processing, service levels and reporting and prepare and review key statements and document related to business operations or key accounts. Gather results and prepare reporting for distribution to clients. Ensure that production levels and targets are achieved and effective processing controls are in place. Coordinates schedules and workflow for the team. Focuses on team completion of assignments and routines. Ensures the orientation and training of employees. Recommends and implements programs to support customer needs. This role typically leads a team focusing on Business Operations / Finance Operations.

Requirements
