About The Position

As a Operations Supervisor (Repair and Overhaul) here at Honeywell, you will be
responsible for overseeing daily repair and overhaul activities, ensuring safe,
compliant, and efficient execution of operations. This role leads a team of
technicians, manages workflow, monitors turnaround times (TAT), backlog, and
past‑due units, and ensures all repairs meet quality, regulatory, and customer
requirements. The supervisor drives performance through coaching, communication,
and continuous improvement.

You will report directly to our ISC Operations Manager and you’ll work out of
our Mississauga, ON location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our production
operations (shared services). By leading and motivating your team, you will
ensure that production targets are achieved, and high-quality products are
delivered to our internal and external customers. Your commitment to safety and
continuous improvement will contribute to a safe and productive work
environment, driving the overall success of our manufacturing operations.
