As a Distribution Center Operations Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence, developing Associates, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods—while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and service.

Requirements

2+ years of supervisory experience in distribution, retail, or a similar fast-paced environment
Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Experience in planning, prioritization, and performance management
Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations within assigned production areas to meet performance targets
Inspire teams through coaching, mentorship, and engagement
Maintain high standards for health & safety, quality, and service excellence
Plan and adapt to seasonal volume fluctuations and operational demands
Collaborate across teams and shifts to ensure alignment and execution
Identify and resolve operational challenges to maintain efficient workflow
Support performance management and positive employee relations
