The Distribution Center Operations Supervisor plays a key role in driving operational excellence, developing Associates, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and service. Requirements
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in distribution, retail, or a similar fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in planning, prioritization, and performance management
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
- Candidates aged 18 and over will be required to undergo a criminal record check as part of the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations within assigned production areas to meet performance targets
- Inspire teams through coaching, mentorship, and engagement
- Maintain high standards for health & safety, quality, and service excellence
- Plan and adapt to seasonal volume fluctuations and operational demands
- Collaborate across teams and shifts to ensure alignment and execution
- Identify and resolve operational challenges to maintain efficient workflow
- Support performance management and positive employee relations
