About The Position

Apple Retail Operations Specialists help ensure products flow smoothly through the store. They maintain product availability, complete inventory tasks, support the implementation and maintenance of Apple preservation standards, and deliver products to customers and team members. They engage enthusiastically and use product expertise to offer recommendations that support sales and the customer experience.

The role completes inventory receiving, counting, returning, and shipping tasks in accordance with Retail Inventory processes. It also includes fulfilling product requests and delivering items to customers and team members, staying current on inventory process changes through communication and training resources, and completing demonstration and restocking tasks. The Operations Specialist supports the Operations Lead with Apple preservation standards, may assist with other tasks including customer-facing activities, and contributes to an inclusive environment by respecting differences, learning from others, and demonstrating Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity.

Requirements

• Be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays, and reliably attend scheduled work, in line with local laws and subject to approved accommodations.
• Be able to lift and carry product to various locations within and near the store.

Responsibilities

• Complete inventory receiving, counting, returning, and shipping tasks in compliance with Retail Inventory processes.
• Complete product fulfillment tasks and deliver items requested through Runner to customers and team members.
• Use communication and training resources to stay up to date on inventory process changes.
• Perform demonstration and restocking tasks in support of technology and merchandising priorities.
• Support the Operations Lead with implementing and maintaining Apple preservation standards.
• Perform other tasks as needed, including supporting customer-facing activities.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and demonstrating Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity.
