The Operations Specialist will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy, structure, and organization of PMO data and artifacts. This role involves working within established SharePoint and workflow systems to ensure files, data, and documents are consistently captured, updated, and ready for use. The Operations Specialist will contribute to high-quality reporting, workflow continuity, audit readiness, and smooth program operations by providing day-to-day operational support to the Program Management Office (PMO). This includes managing documentation, data entry, file tracking, and updates within digital workspaces, helping to build the operational foundation that keeps PMO activities efficient and mission-focused.
