The Operations Specialist provides hands-on onboarding, training, coaching, documentation oversight, and client care coordination across assigned facilities and agency locations. Working under the direction of the District Manager or Assistant District Manager, the position promotes person-centered care, staff accountability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. The role supports staff development and operational coordination, including new-hire orientation, site onboarding, role-specific training, intake workflows, service coordination, and client follow-up. The Operations Specialist may provide direct, person-centered behavioral health services as needed, but only within their qualifications, training, and authorized scope of practice. The position supports clinical service delivery and coordination but does not independently perform clinical functions requiring professional licensure or authorization. The Operations Specialist reviews documentation for timeliness, completeness, accuracy, and compliance; supports audits and corrective actions; and communicates staff needs, operational concerns, and performance trends to district leadership. Clinical approval of clinical documentation remains with authorized clinicians. The role requires travel among assigned locations and may involve occasional evenings or weekends when operationally necessary.
