About The Position

As an Operations Specialist, you will support account management and oversee field operations to ensure high-quality service delivery. You will play a key role in coordinating Field Specialists, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to operational excellence through structured processes and continuous improvement. You will build your expertise by working closely with internal teams and clients to plan and execute operational activities. You will contribute to account growth, support service delivery, and help improve processes while ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

Managing assigned customer accounts and ensuring high levels of service delivery and satisfaction
Overseeing and coordinating Field Specialists for account-related activities
Identifying opportunities for indirect upselling and supporting account growth initiatives
Providing excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Contributing to value creation initiatives and effectively communicating outcomes to stakeholders
Supporting the development and execution of the operational annual plan for team activities
Recommending improvements to products, processes, and procedures to enhance efficiency
Collaborating with cross-functional teams within the business unit
Planning and executing activities in line with standardized project processes and guidelines
Supporting communication on technical and operational matters under guidance
