About The Position

Thompson Gray is seeking an Operations Specialist to support the U.S. Army. The selected candidate will work as the operations lead in a Department of Defense (DOD) product office. The operations lead will directly support the Product Director and Deputy Product Director managing daily operations.

Requirements

• Extensive Experience in operations management or related discipline
• Ability to work in a dynamic, evolving, emerging work environment
• High level of professionalism
• Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
• Must be proficient in Power Point, Word, and Excel
• Must be proactive
• Excellent organizational skills
• Be able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Some understanding of cost, schedule and performance
• Active Secret Clearance
• 10+ Years of experience
