Requirements

Proficiency in professional oral and written communication
Minimum of a high school diploma
Demonstrated success in the ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectively
Ability to work without immediate supervision
Ability to follow a 100% in-person on-site work model

Responsibilities

Track and trace pick-ups and deliveries via phone, e-mail or online
Manage freight shipments
Enter order information into logistics software and update order status
Keep load board up to date
Continuously follow up on shipments to ensure no problems arise
Provide proofs of delivery (PODs) to customers when required
Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments as needed
