About The Position

This is a part-time position with 5 hours per week, offering supplemental income or serving as a great second job. The role involves enforcing parking regulations on company parking lots. The schedule includes 1st and 2nd shifts, with weekends required. Hours are variable, typically in the afternoons, evenings, and weekends. A valid driver's license and personal transportation are mandatory, as employees will use their own vehicles for work and receive monthly reimbursement. Proof of current vehicle registration and insurance is also required.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Valid Driver's License.
Reliable transportation; must drive at work.
Pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
Pass a motor vehicle records check.
Pass a drug test.
Proof of car's current registration and insurance.

Experience working outdoors is helpful.

Responsibilities

Patrol parking areas to enforce parking rules and regulations.
Write violations, wheel lock cars, and call tow companies.
Assist customers with making payments via a mobile application.
Drive personal vehicle for work duties.
Work outdoors in various seasons and weather conditions.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Perform minor repairs on equipment such as damaged parking gates.
Attend bi-weekly remote meetings.
Pick up trash in parking locations.
Provide excellent customer service by giving directions and assisting customers with equipment usage.
