About The Position

A parking company is seeking part-time parking operations specialists to enforce on their parking lots. This position is ideal as a second job or for those looking for supplemental income, offering 5 hours per week with the potential to increase hours. The role involves patrolling parking areas, enforcing rules, assisting customers with payments via a mobile application, and performing minor repairs. The position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and independently with a supervisor's guidance. Training will be provided for repairs and customer service.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Valid Driver's License.
Reliable transportation, must drive at work.
Applicants will be required to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, a motor vehicle records check and drug test.

Nice To Haves

Experience working outdoors is helpful.

Responsibilities

Patrol parking areas to enforce parking rules and regulations.
Write violations, wheel lock cars and call tow company.
Assist with customers by helping customers make payment via a mobile application.
Drive your own vehicle at work. (Includes monthly check for gas mileage reimbursement paid back to employee.)
Work outdoors in different seasons and weather.
Able to work with a supervisor, and able to work on your own with no supervisor.
Training will be provided for small repairs such as damaged parking gates.
Be able to attend bi-weekly remote meetings.
Pick up and trash in parking locations.
Provide great customer service by giving directions, teaching and showing customers how to use equipment.
