About The Position

This role is responsible for managing quotations, inventory, and order processing for forklifts and chargers. The Operations Specialist will address inquiries from the sales team and dealers, coordinate deliveries, maintain product information, track new product development, prepare vehicle nameplates, process transactions in SAP, and reconcile order data with the Finance team. The position also involves handling other tasks as directed by management and contributing to process improvements and efficiency.

Requirements

Demonstrates strong operational and technical expertise by effectively managing daily operations, analyzing data, resolving issues in a timely manner, and implementing process improvements.
Collaborates well with cross-functional teams, maintains a customer-focused approach, and continuously seeks opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and overall operational performance.
More than three years of working experience
Be able to use both Chinese and English as working languages fluently

Responsibilities

Manage quotations for forklifts and chargers and maintain updated quotation sheets.
Oversee inventory management for forklifts, chargers, batteries, and other materials related to vehicle delivery.
Address inquiries from the sales team and dealers regarding order specifications, lead times, and other related questions.
Process and handle operations related to forklift and charger orders.
Coordinate the delivery and fulfillment of forklift and charger orders.
Maintain and update product one-pagers (spec sheets).
Track the progress of new product development and certifications.
Prepare and create vehicle nameplates.
Process inbound and outbound in the SAP system.
Reconcile order data with the Finance team.
Handle other tasks and assignments as directed by management.
