As an Operations Specialist Sr within PNC's Asset Management Group Operations organization, you will be based in Cleveland, OH. Operations Specialist will execute complex transactions/processes utilizing standard procedures. May have specific responsibility for one or multiple specialized products or functional areas. Will support the team in process improvement initiatives, working with Ops Excellence and Mary to open tickets, stories, create macros, etc. Will be responsible for running department data queries, API's, macros, and specialized reports as needed to support production teams. Operations Specialist will Lead/Participate/Own roles in department projects, as well as projects that have impact in department processes. Act as Subject Matter Experts for department, researching and executing as appropriate. Ideal candidate must be have ability to analyze new and current processes and make suggestions for improvements either in efficiency or effectiveness. Responsibilities

Executes complex transactions/processes of moderate to high risk and financial value utilizing standard policies and procedures.
May have specific responsibility for one or multiple specialized products or functional areas.
Identifies and addresses exceptions.
Serves as a point of escalation for complex transactions.
Partners internally with service partners to route calls, documents or other action items to complete transactions.
Interacts with external customers to complete transactions.
Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions.
Provides consultation and advice to internal and external customers.
Reviews existing processes, recommends improvements and drives implementation.
Serves as a subject matter resource for process improvement projects.
Trains and onboards new hires.
Reviews transactions and related documents to verify completeness, accuracy, conformance to established service levels and compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
Participates in risk mitigation activities.
