About The Position

This role will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement by sourcing data from various customer feedback sources, applying statistical and benchmarking techniques to trend data to identify opportunities for improvement, and providing data to represent service failures. The schedule for this role is a hybrid role being in the office 3 days a week.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience

  • Proficient in Minitab, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other statistical programs.

Responsibilities

  • Apply statistical and benchmarking techniques to trend data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide data to represent service failures.
  • Responsible for requesting additional reports or data exports from Innovapost or other areas of the organization.
  • Analyze data and identify opportunity areas (example: top root cause for complaints).
  • Preparation and submission of timely reports summarizing research findings in a way that identifies current trends, root cause, opportunities for improvement, and recommendations.
  • Prepare data in a format to be presented to various levels in the organization by the Quality department (Hubs) team.
  • Presentation of findings and recommendations in a format effective for various levels of the organization.
  • Identify related data from other internal departments/sources which could support findings.
  • Confirm findings with other PCL staff where required.
  • Meet with a cross-functional team to review findings, provide clarity, and create action plans to correct the root cause.
