Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in automotive engineering/ production/ organizational development and/or quality management of which 3 years of QMS (Quality Management Systems)-related responsibilities; OEM experience preferred.
  • ISO9001:2015 auditing certification required.
  • Proven experience in implementation of QMS and/or execution of internal audits according to ISO9001:2015 in automotive industries.
  • Extensive knowledge in organization development, process management, and process design methods.
  • Sound knowledge of Quality processes and methods and their practical use.
  • Excellent project management skill.
  • Communication skills – interpersonal, presentation and writing – across hierarchy and functional levels (i.e. Director and Vice President Level).
  • Ability to identify tasks, develop methodologies and plans; execute with minimal supervision and own assignments to ensure the project success.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple assignments with competing priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field desired (for instance: Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, …).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Quality department’s processes and standards, aligned with the overall company processes, goals, and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and Product Management) to ensure that the quality processes and standards meet customer needs and market requirements.
  • Ensure Quality processes are seamlessly integrated into the overall company end-to-end (E2E) process architecture.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of processes and standards.
  • Support the development of the Scout Motors Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Collaborate with BMS team members and business partners across multiple Scout Motors locations to ensure cross alignment and consistent implementation of BMS initiatives.
