About The Position

Throne is hiring Operations Specialists (Cleaners) to support day-to-day operations by keeping Thrones clean and well maintained and completing field and warehouse tasks. The role reports to the Bay Area Operations Manager. Specialists typically work 4–5-hour shifts between 6 a.m. and 9 p.m. New hires start at $22.00 per hour; the full range is $22.00–$25.00 per hour, with placement based on experience and tenure. Full-time roles are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including stock options. The role requires using a personal car to travel between Thrones, with mileage reimbursement, and using smartphone apps.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly report issues and coordinate with the operations team.
• Strong adherence to safety protocols, including safe handling and disposal of waste materials.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting.
• Comfort working in outdoor and public environments and interacting positively with users.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have at least two years of driving experience.
• Smartphone with data/internet access and ability to multitask across several mobile apps.

Nice To Haves

• Prior cleaning experience.
• Prior experience in the portable sanitation industry.

Responsibilities

• Keep units clean, stocked, and well maintained to create a great experience for users.
• Visit Thrones to inspect and troubleshoot user-reported issues.
• Use mobile applications to navigate workload and communicate effectively.
• Help track, monitor, and organize inventory, including cleaning supplies, tools, and parts.
• Keep common warehouse space clean and organized.
• Diligently document work performed using mobile applications.
• Communicate and work effectively with local operations teammates.
• Share feedback and ideas for product and process improvements.
• Safely drive and operate company vehicles where applicable.
