Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
8+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or a related field.
Experience in healthcare or pharmacy operations.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing supplier relationships in complex environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to present effectively to senior leaders and external partners

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with pharmacy distribution or non-drug supply categories.
Experience with cold-chain or temperature-sensitive supply management.
Experience with demand planning, forecasting, or inventory management.
