As a key member of Forus' Operations team, you’ll be responsible for the execution, performance, and continuous improvement of a core part of our business. You’ll lead a frontline team, own measurable outcomes, and work closely with engineering to optimize workflows and implement automation — including AI-powered tools — that scale our impact. This role is central to ensuring every patient and provider we support experiences fast, reliable, and high-quality service. You’ll combine analytical problem-solving with hands-on execution to deliver operational excellence, while continuously improving systems and processes as we grow. This is a high-ownership role that blends strategic thinking with execution intensity. You’ll have autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to shape how Forus delivers at scale.
