About The Position
This is an Operations Review Specialist position in the General Tax Administration Program's Account Management Process. The incumbent is required to perform advanced-level, complex tasks with minimal supervision. The incumbent works independently to provide administrators and trainers assistance with reviews, evaluations, and the development of process procedures for recruitment and training to ensure goals and objectives are met in the most efficient and effective manner.
Requirements
- Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
- Two years of experience performing registration functions for business tax applications or internet registration in the System for Unified Taxation (SUNTAX).
- Two years of experience conducting training.
- Two years of experience researching, interpreting, and applying Florida tax laws.
- Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
