About The Position
This position is located in General Tax Administration, Business Technology. This position is responsible for the design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance of General Tax Administration (GTA) Case management systems in Systems Application Products (SAP). The position will also be required to conduct requirements gathering sessions with customers, document the requirements in the form of written specifications, work with programmers in the development of the systems requirements, conducting testing on system changes, and conduct customer training and support as needed.
Requirements
- One or more years of experience writing specifications, working with developers, and testing for Receivables Management SUNTAX Case Management systems in SAP.
- One or more years of experience supporting Receivables Management SUNTAX Case Management systems in SAP.
