About The Position

CACI is hiring an Operations Research System Analyst (ORSA) to support a program in Tampa, Florida, delivering advisory, training, and operational support services for mission partners. The role supports work across geographic and functional combatant commands, helping develop, integrate, and sustain mission-ready task forces. The analyst contributes to national security missions involving Operations in the Information Environment (OIE), Irregular Warfare (IW), and Sensitive Activities by assessing operational effectiveness, analyzing complex systems and data, and informing commander decision-making. The position designs and implements quantitative and qualitative assessment frameworks; applies operations research, statistical modeling, and data science; analyzes operational data, intelligence reporting, and social media signals; and evaluates attribution, causality, statistical significance, uncertainty, and confidence. It also develops or validates analytical models, communicates findings through visualizations, reports, and briefings, defines data and intelligence requirements, coordinates assessments across stakeholders, evaluates operational effects through systems analysis and simulation, and documents methodologies and lessons learned. The role requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance. It is full-time, regular employment, with up to 25% travel within the continental United States. The proposed salary range is $94,400–$198,200.
