Scan.com•Atlanta, GA
•$115,000 - $125,000

About The Position

Scan.com is building a national medical-imaging network that connects patients, providers, and payers to diagnostic imaging. The Operations System Analyst sits within Operations and reports directly to the SVP of Operations. The role owns administration of the systems and tools that power operations, including CRM and workflow implementation, reporting and dashboards, and automations that keep operational data accurate and usable across teams. It serves as a bridge between Product and Operations, translating operational needs into system and product requirements and product changes into operational impact. Initially, the analyst will work with Product to audit existing systems and reporting, address urgent data and process gaps, and develop an automation roadmap. The role also includes system administration, reporting, workflow automation, issue triage, data standards, user training, and piloting AI-enabled solutions. Scan.com expects the successful candidate to use AI directly to build or prototype automations, scripts, and reporting logic, while exercising sound judgment about human oversight and responsible use around patient data.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for analysis, scripting, or building automations, including having shipped, automated, or prototyped real work with LLMs, agents, or AI tooling.
  • Ability to explain a workflow redesigned so a machine handles routine work, and sound judgment about where agentic systems help and where human oversight is needed, especially in regulated or PHI-adjacent work.
  • Experience administering CRM, ticketing, or workflow systems in an operations context.
  • Experience building reporting and dashboards for non-technical stakeholders.
  • A track record of designing workflow automations that measurably reduce manual work.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn messy operational data into a clear point of view.
