About The Position

The Operations Representative is responsible for ensuring the correct execution of various tasks concerning freight acceptance and handling. This role ensures that flight and ground operations are performed in accordance with the company's quality system as described in the Ground Operations Manual. The position holder must be in compliance with all local and international rules and regulations relating to Safety and Security. They will monitor the report of accidents, incidents, and other ground occurrences, including reporting DG incidents, to the appropriate Authority as required. Additionally, the Operations Representative is responsible to the Official-in-Charge (OIC) for coordinating all activities outlined in the company’s emergency manual Chapter 11 Station Nearest Accident, in the event of an accident or incident at their station.

Requirements

Highschool diploma or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of relevant experience.
Needs to have regulatory and compliance experience (required).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays (required).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills (required).
Strong analytical skills with both numerical values and applying policies to practice.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for training and coverage (required).
Must possess a valid Driver’s License and Passport.
Must be able to obtain an Airport ID.

Nice To Haves

Strong supervisory experience (preferred).
Knowledge of Cargo Handling Systems is an advantage.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (preferred).
