About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking an Operations Reporting Analyst for an upcoming project opportunity: NYC DOE Service and Support RFP. This is a project-based role with potential customer service, service delivery, vendor support, and operational support scope, pending final solicitation package review. The role involves preparing service metrics, dashboard inputs, trend analysis, status reports, and operational performance documentation.

Requirements

• Strong written communication, documentation, customer-service, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against project deadlines and client requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide complete role-specific application materials.

• Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, customer service, CRM, contact center, or consulting projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare service metrics, dashboard inputs, trend analysis, status reports, and operational performance documentation.
• Review the role scope, project background, supporting materials, deadline, and client requirements that relate to your assigned work.
• Provide only the role-specific materials requested by FuntoNetwork, such as your resume, cover letter, work samples, technical notes, estimates, or availability.
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork on your assigned consultant role and related technical work only.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and readiness for your assigned portion of the work.
