About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a HR Data and Reporting Analyst for an upcoming project opportunity: Compensation and Benefits Study Service. This is a South Burlington, Vermont opportunity for compensation and benefits study consulting services. The role involves preparing data templates, cleaning employee/job data, building comparison tables, and supporting final reporting. Consultants will need to review the role scope, project background, supporting materials, deadline, and client requirements. They will provide only the role-specific materials requested by FuntoNetwork, such as resume, cover letter, work samples, technical notes, estimates, or availability. Coordination with FuntoNetwork on the assigned consultant role and related technical work is required, along with clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support for quality control, status updates, and readiness for the assigned portion of the work is also expected.

Requirements

• Relevant experience for this project-based role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against project deadlines and client requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide complete role-specific application materials.

• Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.
