The Operations Project Manager plays a crucial role in implementing the policies for Design for Excellence, Industrialization, Engineering, and Project Management. The Operations Project Manager leverages technical expertise to oversee the safe launch of new products and engineering changes, ensuring successful and timely execution from impact analysis to first article inspection (FAI). This Project Manager is responsible for industrializing our manufacturing processes to achieve optimal cost and quality while maintaining safe, sustainable practices and high environmental standards. Throughout the project lifecycle, the Operations Project Manager coordinates product industrialization efforts, including CAPEX required. OPM will be supported by manufacturing engineers, quality engineers, operations managers, process experts, and the indirect sourcing department for industrialization.
