About The Position

BAE Systems is seeking an Operations Program Manager III for its Dallas Eclipse facility. The role serves as a liaison between program management, factory management, and supply chain teams. The Operations Program Manager collaborates across functions, oversees factory execution, and ensures material procurement supports factory needs. The position also prepares project execution plans, identifies required technical and business resources, performs cost account management for commercial and defense products, evaluates and reports on cost, delivery schedule, and quality, and executes proposals to capture new business.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience, an associate's degree and 6 years of experience, or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience in a manufacturing setting.
Direct or indirect leadership experience.
