About The Position

The Operations Program Coordinator will join a talented group that collaborates to deliver world-class products to customers. This role supports end-to-end program and project execution and distribution center operations for all clients. The coordinator will work across program/project management, fulfillment, inventory, and production teams to ensure accurate data, timely execution, and a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements

  • Possess a thorough and organized approach to work and pay close attention to details on every project.
  • Strong technical skills, being proficient in or ready to learn Gmail, Google Docs, Excel, TBG systems, and various software and hardware.
  • Self-motivated, a fast learner, and show initiative to seek out customer and corporate needs.
  • Complete projects accurately within deadlines, while meeting company and customer quality standards.
  • Apply effective time management and self-management skills to coordinate multiple programs in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • An associate degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in program/project coordination, fulfillment, logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience working directly with internal and external customers.
  • Experience in printing, retail, fulfillment, or distribution environments (a major plus!).
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client programs and projects, including execution, fulfillment, and inventory support.
  • Assist the operations program managers by acting as the secondary point of contact for internal and external clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with program/project managers and stakeholders to support goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including program/project management, fulfillment, kitting, shipping, and production.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and job statuses to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Communicate updates, scope changes, risks, and issues proactively, while supporting issue resolution and escalation.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality control of program/project data and WMS entries.
  • Assist with process improvements, including documentation and workflow streamlining.
  • Perform miscellaneous projects and completes various tasks as requested by management.
