About The Position

The Operations Program Coordinator will join a talented group that collaborates to deliver world-class products. This role supports end-to-end program and project execution and distribution center operations for all clients. The coordinator will ensure accurate data, timely execution, and a high-quality customer experience by coordinating across program/project management, fulfillment, inventory, and production teams. This is a full-time position with available shifts from Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Requirements

An associate degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
A minimum of 1 year of experience in program/project coordination, fulfillment, logistics, or a related field.
Experience working directly with internal and external customers.
Possess a thorough and organized approach to work and pay close attention to details on every project.
Strong technical skills, being proficient in or ready to learn Gmail, Google Docs, Excel, TBG systems, and various software and hardware.
Be self-motivated, a fast learner, and show initiative to seek out customer and corporate needs.
Complete projects accurately within deadlines, while meeting company and customer quality standards.
Apply effective time management and self-management skills to coordinate multiple programs in a fast-paced environment.
Understand and maintain the confidential nature of the company, employee, and customer information.
Be able to quickly adapt to shifting priorities, deadlines, and a fast-paced distribution environment.
Be flexible to change and possess a customer-focused mindset.
Able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing.

Nice To Haves

Experience in printing, retail, fulfillment, or distribution environments.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

Coordinate client programs and projects, including execution, fulfillment, and inventory support.
Act as the secondary point of contact for internal and external clients to ensure a positive customer experience, assisting operations program managers.
Collaborate with program/project managers and stakeholders to support goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including program/project management, fulfillment, kitting, shipping, and production.
Track milestones, deliverables, and job statuses to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
Communicate updates, scope changes, risks, and issues proactively, while supporting issue resolution and escalation.
Ensure accuracy and quality control of program/project data and WMS entries.
Assist with process improvements, including documentation and workflow streamlining.
Perform miscellaneous projects and complete various tasks as requested by management.
