About The Position

The Operations Processor 4 within Cash Applications is responsible for accurately processing high-volume financial transactions across multiple payment types. This role focuses on consistent execution, attention to detail, and adherence to established procedures and controls, ensuring timely and accurate payment application. The Processor 4 serves as a key contributor to operational stability, providing reliable transaction processing and supporting daily workflow needs across the Cash Applications function. This position requires the ability to work independently within defined processes while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and service level expectations. This role requires working at our Marshall, MN location three (3) or more days per week.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two to four years or more of operations services related work experience
  • Strong PC skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Process daily cash application transactions.
  • Checks received via mail
  • Lockbox online payments
  • Electronic payments – monitoring email box and preparation of application instructions for ACH credits & Wires
  • Resolve exception batches
  • Escalate complex or unclear items appropriately
  • Completion of ACH Authorization set up in InfoLease system
  • Complete morning and end of day balancing activities
  • Conducts research on discrepancies and makes appropriate corrections or adjustments
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all work, meeting quality standards and service level expectations
  • Support testing or implementation of process or system changes as needed
  • Participate in process improvement efforts, reporting enhancements, or workflow updates
  • Identify recurring issues, inefficiencies, or process gaps and escalate findings
  • Support cross-training efforts to maintain operational coverage and flexibility
  • Demonstrates a team-oriented mindset and willingness to support others
