Requirements

  • Minimum two years related experience required.
  • High school degree or GED required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in operations processing preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as process owner for a functional area in processing transactions. Reviews documentation to ensure requests have been completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Identifies processing and workflow issues. Assists in evaluating the effectiveness of department operations by analyzing metrics and trends.
  • Prepares reports and communicates with managers regarding quality, volumes, and additional metrics. Documents and communicates effectiveness of various processes and operations.
  • Prepares and maintains control documentation for various processes which may include transaction volumes, cycle times, and outputs.
  • Serves as process owner for assigned operational processes, with an understanding of regulatory and operational control implications. Coaches and trains team members on processes, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
