As an Operations Processing Specialist you will support the operations department through high quality and efficient processing of back-office operations transactions. You will also work closely with senior level associates and quality coordinators to resolve issues related to paperwork and transactions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Ability to type 30 words per minute
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload

Responsibilities

  • Process back office administrative items such as new account setup, transfer paperwork, and disbursement transactions for the mutual fund and brokerage business lines
  • Review paperwork and application data in operations systems.
  • Assist with administrative not in good order resolution via letters, emails, phone calls
  • Ensure completeness of paperwork based on department procedures, as well as perform daily transaction audits and report reviews
  • Communicate processing related issues with operations and sales call centers
