About The Position

The Custodial Operations Personnel supports the smooth and efficient operation of ln2Great! Pediatric Therapy by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and tidiness throughout the clinic. The role includes keeping areas stocked with necessary supplies, ensuring equipment is in good working condition, and maintaining overall cleanliness. Operations Personnel also support clinicians as needed and help maintain orderly processes so operational tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The position contributes to a welcoming and functional environment for staff, clients, and families.

Responsibilities

Keep each room organized and tidy, including returning toys to their appropriate places.
Vacuum as needed.
Organize toys and games.
Check for safety hazards.
Return items to their appropriate storage locations.
Use the room-by-room checklist to ensure items are stocked.
Keep the clinic waiting room tidy and organized throughout the day.
Clean the waiting room as needed, including vacuuming, cleaning windows, and wiping surfaces.
Refer to the daily tasks list at the Admin/purchase desk.
Sanitize clinic play structures on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Notify Admin purchases when items are running low.
Ensure games are picked up and returned to the proper locations.
Check that games are clean and sanitized and that all pieces are accounted for.
Fill supplies in the art room and cafeteria/lounge.
Bring received packages and deliveries to the appropriate people.
Perform a full clinic walk-through each morning and before leaving for the night to ensure everything is in place for the working day.
Check daily that sanitation stations are appropriately stocked.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Operations Officer.
