About The Position

Rise Up Restaurants is looking for an organized, analytical, and solutions-driven Operations Performance Specialist to support our growing Wingstop operations team. This role supports restaurant performance, reporting, new restaurant openings, technology, compliance, leadership events, and local marketing.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze key Wingstop restaurant performance data and reporting
• Work across systems including Power BI, SMG, Steritech, Flavor Lab, MyWingstop, Aloha, ADP, and more
• Support New Restaurant Openings (NROs) with system and account setup
• Manage restaurant technology, equipment, and system access
• Coordinate leadership events and manager travel
• Support operational investigations, refunds, and chargebacks
• Manage SWAG inventory and track local marketing spend
• Help coordinate community events and local marketing opportunities
• Partner with Wingstop Operations leaders to keep projects and priorities moving forward
