About The Position

As an Operations Payroll Representative you will support the office, operations, and accounting services team by ensuring accurate processing and recording of all company payroll including union and non-union payroll. Participating in daily data entry, payroll processing, and work closely with multiple departments to ensure accurate payroll operations.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent is required
3 years of administrative/accounting work
Strong knowledge of accounting procedures for accounts receivables, accounts payable and payroll
Tech savvy to learn new computer applications and software quickly
Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results

Nice To Haves

certificate in accounting related is preferred
SAP and/or SuccessFactors experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Process payroll weekly using SAP payroll platform
Review payroll documentation for accuracy through audit reports and make any necessary adjustments
Work closely with Human Resources and Accounting on all payroll related issues
Review and compute wages, and correct errors to ensure the accuracy of earnings, ensuring that all changes to payroll are processed correctly
Review and audit master file and pay data entries
Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding payroll matters
Assist with processing financial functions such as A/P, A/R, payroll, and timesheets
Cross train and work with team members as needed with daily workflow
Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership
