About The Position

The Operations/Outside Labor role is responsible for operating and monitoring grain receiving and shipping operations at Primient’s grain elevators. The work also involves participating in grain quality control, general maintenance, and housekeeping while maintaining high safety standards. The role requires physical work in hot and cold temperatures, including climbing and working at heights exceeding 50 feet, climbing ladders, and lifting and carrying up to 55 pounds. Extra hours may be required during harvest season.
