The Operations & Outreach Manager serves as the operational backbone of the Hawaiʻi Mobile Museum of Tolerance, ensuring the efficient scheduling, deployment, coordination, and utilization of HMMOT programming statewide. This position is responsible for managing school outreach logistics, program scheduling, logistics coordination, site preparation, stakeholder communications, and operational reporting. Working closely with the Program Manager, national MMOT leadership, MRA (bus contractor), bus drivers, facilitators, and community partners, the Operations & Outreach Manager helps ensure that every HMMOT engagement is executed with professionalism, efficiency, and a commitment to respectful, community-centered engagement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, relationship-focused, and understands the importance of building trust through collaborative, culturally responsive, and place-based approaches to community engagement in Hawaiʻi.
