We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and relationship-focused Operations Officer to join our England Operations team. This role involves working directly with schools, colleges, charities, local authorities, and other organizations to help more young people access and benefit from the DofE programme. The Operations Officer will manage a portfolio of Licensed Organisations (LOs) across East Bedfordshire, North Cambridge, Peterborough, and North Norfolk, supporting them in delivering a high-quality DofE programme while promoting growth, inclusion, and participation. This is a field-based role, with work from home when not attending meetings, training sessions, or events. The primary responsibilities include serving as the main point of contact for Licensed Organisations, building strong partnerships, and providing expert support, guidance, and training. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues across England and the UK to implement strategic objectives, expand participation, and ensure access for young people facing barriers and marginalization. The position offers a blend of relationship management, program development, training delivery, data analysis, and project work.
