About The Position

The Operations Officer plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day success of Monash Residential Services (MRS) by delivering high-quality operational, administrative and customer-focused services across Monash University Accommodation. You will help ensure safe, efficient and welcoming accommodation operations through effective resource coordination, stakeholder engagement, sound advice and continuous process improvement, while providing exceptional support to residents, staff and the broader University community. This position will be responsible for delivering a broad range of residential operations activities that support the effective management of Monash University Accommodation.
