About The Position

Now Hiring Operations Office Coordinator for Roanoke Virginia! Mullen's Markings is a full-service line striping and pavement marking company providing high quality highways, roadways, and parking lot striping services. We are located in Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, Tennessee and our home office in Virginia. This position will be located in our Roanoke, VA branch. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Office Coordinator to support daily office, accounting, and HR functions in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working across multiple areas of the business.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required (Associate's in Accounting/Business preferred)
  • 3+ years of office experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience preferred
  • Knowledge of accounts payable processes
  • Construction or highway industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and greet customers and vendors
  • Provide credit card support, coding, and assist with payments
  • Support counter and rental sales
  • Enter and process field logs from B2W into ERP systems
  • Assist with payroll, timecard review, and certified payroll reporting
  • Provide HR support as needed
  • Cross-train in project accounting functions
  • Perform general administrative tasks
