About The Position

F3 Law provides essential legal support to schools, colleges and other public entities, helping them navigate complex legal issues to fulfill their mission of serving students and communities. The Operations and Marketing Assistant must be highly organized and proactive. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent writing and editing skills, organization skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and working independently without direct supervision.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Online meeting tools: Zoom, Teams, Webex.
  • Calendar management and travel coordination (Outlook)

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support, including schedule meetings, data entry, tracking assignments, and coordinating administrative processes.
  • Maintain and update files and documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Conduct research and gather information.
  • Perform office duties: photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Prepare expense reports and reconcile credit card statements.
  • Assist with logistics for firm meetings, trainings, events, and conferences.
  • Monitor news and social media.
  • Able to interpret written and verbal instructions with accuracy and follow through to completion without requiring repeated clarification.
  • Coordinate project timelines, track deadlines, and follow up on action items to ensure successful completion.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and departments.
  • Assist in the preparation, formatting, and distribution of presentations, reports, mailings, and other business documents.
