Requirements

  • Solid understanding of on page and local SEO
  • Experience working with CMS platforms
  • Strong writing skills across multiple formats and channels
  • Ability to manage deadlines independently and consistently

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team on ongoing SEO improvements
  • Perform basic website updates as needed
  • Research industry trends and recommend improvements to marketing strategies
  • Track marketing KPIs and maintain organized reporting
  • Manage internal programs such as Lunch and Learn sessions
  • Coordinate responses to low quality or policy violating reviews
  • Monitor and respond to reviews within established timeframes
  • Engage in online communities while maintaining a value driven content approach
  • Distribute press releases to increase brand visibility and search presence
  • Prepare, format, and send newsletters, including content curation and distribution
  • Support additional marketing projects and tasks as assigned
  • Assist with SEO initiatives including keyword research and optimization
  • Publish and manage website content in alignment with guidelines
  • Support podcast organization, scheduling, and publishing
