Requirements

Excellent writing / editing / proofreading skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail and deadline-oriented environment with demonstrated efficiency and organizational skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a positive team spirit.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Able to easily navigate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign.

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Knowledge of Deltek VantagePoint (database) isn't necessary, but willingness to learn and embrace is mandatory.
Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
AEC industry knowledge or experience.

Responsibilities

Working closely with internal stakeholders on non-competitive, letter / scope proposals including assembly, reviews, approval, and tracking.
Utilizing excellent communication and project management skills to bring together information from multiple sources to meet tight deadlines.
Proofread and edit marketing materials.
Assist with competitive proposals and presentations as needed, including pulling, updating, or modifying standard materials and assembly / delivery.
Supporting Marketing Coordinators and Senior Marketing Coordinators to meet their proposal / presentation / qualification deadlines.
Includes some data entry and extraction from our database.
Tailor professional resumes for technical staff on specific opportunities.
